FEE-$265.00 per family

Once member has paid, administrator will email the HOME SCHOOL LEGAL DEFENSE ASSOCIATION  MEMBERSHIP LINK. CCA enrollment is not complete until HSLDA membership is paid. DIPLOMAS

8th & 12th Grade Diploma: Teaching parent submits online authentication; Administrator prints, signs, affixes in certificate holder, and returns to the parent. One copy is kept in student cumulative file as an official record. Diplomas are mailed at requested time. SEE SAMPLE

Kindergarten Diploma:  After the first year of homeschooling, award your student with a special diploma as they enter first grade. Diploma will contain your child’s first name and award. NO HOLDER INCLUDED - SEE SAMPLE

GRADE TRACKING OPTIONS

K-6th Report Card - Self Tracked By Parents -- Two-Sided Report Card: Includes: grading area, character traits and attitudes, promotion to next grade level. SEE SAMPLE

4-12th Progress Report - This is quarterly report - printed and signed by Administrator, Teaching parent submits grades four times per year, Administrator calculates GPA and records in organized printing, and reports are signed by both Administrator and parent. One copy kept in student cumulative file as an official record and one copy is mailed to parent. SEE SAMPLE

$80.00 per student

7-12th Transcript - This is a once-a-year report, usually at the close of each school year. Teaching parent submits 2 semesters of grades per school year. Administrator calculates GPA and records in organized printing, stamps with school seal, signs transcript and returns 2 sealed copies, 1 unsealed copy to parent, 4th copy kept in student cumulative file as an official record. $65.00 per student per calculation (end of year)

STUDENT & FACULY ID CARDS

Parent will submit a headshot of their student and submit an order form with this payment. Within two weeks a laminated Student or Faculty ID card will be mailed to your address. For more information or to  look at a sample, Click here. SEE SAMPLE
